Using Leftover Card Stock To Die Cut Leaves and Flowers

Hi there! Three of these leaves were placed on the front cover of the mini album I'm working on.  The leftover card stock was from the making of the inside of the cover.  The pink flowers were die cut from the leftover card stock of a birthday card I made last night.  All small pieces that can't be used goes into the recycle bin.  After die cutting, the cutting mat had a lot of paper fibers embedded.  So I used a baby wipe to clean it (eventually I'll wash it with soap and water).  I always clean my tools so they will be fresh and ready to use next time.  That's just me!

Mini Album In Progress

Hi!  Okay, I'm taking a break from my new craft addiction I started this past May.  Will post about it soon.

Here are some pictures of the mini album I'm crafting.  Just the outside layout is finished.  Will have to figure out how the inside should look like.  It depends on my pages that I have yet to make.  Hmmmmm.

It's Been Awhile

Hello, it's been awhile.  The delay:  Nothing.  I just forgot😊

I had a jury summons for this week.  Well, my group number had to report in yesterday, Thursday.  I showed up with 235 plus people and not one of us was called to be a potential juror.  So, at the end of the day, we all left happily with a confirmation letter that we fulfilled our duty.

I have a new hobby, yay!  I started late May.  I'll post with story and picture(s) next time.  I'll try to post at least once a week.

Made with items from SSS February 2018 card kit.  Had fun assembling.

So many to sort...

It's a cold Sunday evening to sort collection of boxed vellum cut flowers.  Three down, six more to go.  Good to know the different colors, shapes

and sizes so when I want to create something with these flowers, it's ready for picking.  Ho hum....

Not yet over....

Yup, made three Christmas cards, ho ho ho!  Made from SSS December card kit 2017.  Used my own red and green cardstock.  So cute...

Time for coloring book

Ending of a nice day, had to color something cute.  Just plain old simple pencil coloring on a lightly inked background.  Giraffes!
